This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we collect in connection with the services we provide (the “Registry”). 3. Grounds for processing your personal data, purposes and effects
Magic Cloud maintains recording camera surveillance on its own equipment and premises. About camera surveillance
in the area will be indicated by signs.
The purpose of camera surveillance is to
  • ensure and increase staff safety.
  • protect your property.
  • prevent situations that endanger safety and property.
  • help to deal with situations that have already occurred that have endangered safety or property.
The information collected from camera surveillance is used to prepare, present and defend a legal claim, if necessary. The data will not be processed or disclosed for purposes other than those described above. The processing of data related to camera surveillance does not involve decisions based on automated processing of personal data that have legal effects on individuals or significantly affect individuals, or the assessment of personal characteristics (profiling). The basis for processing your personal data is our legitimate interest based on our purposes of use mentioned above.
4. Regular disclosures of your personal data
We may use the services of third parties to process and store personal data. Data may be disclosed to subcontractors when they are involved in the purposes of the uses described in this Privacy Policy. These third parties act as processors of personal data and are only entitled to process such data to the extent necessary for the agreed services. Data may be disclosed to public authorities as required by applicable law. We may transfer your personal data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area only on the basis of law.

For non-manual data, Magic Cloud has taken the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access or destruction. Magic Cloud staff has signed a separate Data Protection Contract Supplement. The rights and authorisations of staff in the information systems used to provide the services are limited according to the scope of their work and access to the systems is controlled through targeted access rights.
