Deploy scalable resources and Kubernetes-based container platforms from our Finnish data centres.
Monitoring
We monitor availability and performance 24/7 at operating system and container level. We respond to monitoring alerts at either 8×5 or 24×7 service levels, depending on your needs.
Updates
We take care of operating system level updates. We monitor identified vulnerabilities and install the necessary security updates.
Assurances
We back up all virtual servers and the container management database (etcd) once a day. We keep daily copies for 30 days and monthly copies for 12 months.
Monitoring vulnerabilities
We monitor published vulnerabilities and assess their impact on security. We will install the necessary security updates.
24x7 on-call service
We take care of service requests and provide round-the-clock troubleshooting if necessary. This is offered as an additional service.
