Our cloud services are provided from our own data centres, physically located in Finland. The data centres comply with the requirements of priority category 2 of the Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority 54B/2014M and meet the general requirements for data centre business. Our cloud services are provided without third parties.
Magic Cloud holds the ISO 27001:2022 data security certification, which covers Magic Cloud’s data centre and cloud services, support functions and processes.

Also
- All data in the data centres is stored on a minimum RAID level disk surface.
- All data in the data centres is backed up at least daily to another data centre in a different geographical location.
- The health of servers and other hardware and software is monitored by a separate monitoring system, which generally allows a proactive response to potential problems and errors.
- Data centres are equipped with protections against denial of service attacks, known as DDoS scrubbers.
- Magic Cloud has technical experts on site at least every weekday between 8am and 4pm. In addition, Magic Cloud’s technical experts can be reached in case of critical problems via automated alerts 24/7.
- Magic Cloud regularly updates and maintains the software and equipment in the data centres. For example, security updates are installed at least monthly.
- Magic Cloud data centres have an effective anti-virus and anti-malware mechanism in place, both on individual devices and at the gateway level.
